Peachy Keen Stamp Challenge 13-35

Happy Wednesday!

Well, school started this week and it's been crazy around Graham Manor.
I have a high schooler who is on the dance team, first year homeschooling a Kindergartener and Second Grader, and to top off the beginning of the week, I took the 3 year old for his annual physical, only to discover a pistachio up his right nostril.

With that type of week, I am finally getting to show you my Peachy Keen Challenge creation.

This week's challenge is a photo inspiration........

Here's my creation..................

I have only make one other tag in my crafty life.  :-)   I LOVE this one.

I took plain manilla tag and inked with distress inks.  Then, I took a peachy background stamp (PK-624), stamped with Versamark and embossed with a clear powder.  While the powder was still warm, I added some dry Star Dust Stickles.

I popped a few ghosts from the PK-131 stamp set.  The sentiment is from the same set, stamped in Memento Ink (Tuxedo Black).

A bit of twine and pearls.....  Fin!

Think this little cutie will be sent in a care package to my BEAUTIFUL granddaughter this Halloween.

Red Carpet Studio Challenge - "Anything Goes 3D"

Happy Sunday!

It's the 5th Sunday of the month...that means an ANYTHING GOES challenge at Red Carpet Studio....

Here's my creation................

I made a tag album.  I bought some Tim Holtz Kraft Resist and have been dieing to use it.  :-)

To color the paper, I used distress inks in Walnut Stain and Weathered Wood.  The paper was a map of the globe.  And that makes me think of Sailing.  These two colors of inks also make me thing of sailing.  ;-)

I added some charms from Miriam's Crafting Supplies and some twine from my stash.  And with consultation of the fabulous Ashley, I added the text stickers.  The stickers were a bit bright for this album, so I toned them down with distress ink in Antique Linen.

I hope that you are now inspired to go and craft your crafty bum off.

Don't forget to link up to the blog when you're done with your wonderful creation.

All that Stickles Icicle Linky Party

Happy Saturday!
Today starts a new linky party at All that Stickles.  Our theme this party is Icicle.

Create ANY crafty project with Icicle Stickles and link up at the party

I created a dew drop holder.

I upcycled a bullion jar for this project.

For the tag, I used a cut from the Robin's Nest Outdoors Tag kit.
The tag has a glossy side and a carboard side.  I chose to use the cardboard side.  It would take the ink better.

I used distress inks to color the non-glossy side and added dew drops from the kit to accent.
I just wrote Dew Drops with a copic multiliner.

I added Icicle Stickles to the tag and spray painted the blue lid gold to better coordinate with the tag and ribbon.

The Stamping Chef Stickled Tag

Happy Wednesday!!

It's cold and rainy/snowy here.  Spring is wonderful in the North.  :-)

I wanted to share with you a cute little tag I made.

The digi is from The Stamping Chef. I love her digis. She has such a variety. This one here is called Cool Becca. I colored her with my copics and highlighted with Stickles, of course. =)

I went a bit Stickles crazy on this...but I think it worked. There are Black Diamon Stickles on the border and the eyelet, Eucalyptus Stickles on the sweatshirt, True Blue Stickles on her jeans, and Yellow Stickles on her hair, banner, and the tag background.

Supplies
Stickles - Yellow, Eucalyptus, True Blue, Black Diamond
Copics (for digi)
Distress Inks - Broken China, Crushed Olive
Fluid Chalk
Twine
All that Stickles Yellow Linky Party is live through April 12.   Get your craft on, and then link up you creation.
