All that Stickles Linky Party

It's time for the new linky party at All that Stickles.

This week's theme is Star Dust.  Use Star Dust stickles on any crafty project.

Here's my creation.....

I created the tag with my Cameo and Scraptastical Kreations' Element Me This file, and a SK digis stamp.  I colored it in with copics and added Start Dust Stickles to one sail.  Since the tag was a white cardstock, I toned it down with Antique Linen Distress Ink.  The lifesaver is cut from Scraptastical Kreations'  Kiss - Nautical file and I added glossy accents to it.   I pop dotted some birds from the KISS file, added some ribbon, stamped to/from with ink, and added an anchor eyelet.

Supplies:
Star Dust Stickles
SK Digi
Scraptastical Kreations Files
              KISS - Nautical
              Element Me This
Ribbon
Stamp
Ink
Fluid chalk
Glossy accents
Eyelet
Copic Markers

Think Spring Blog Hop

Welcome to the Think Spring Blog Hop brought to you by the All that Stickles design team!

The All that Stickles DT is happy to share with you a variety of spring-themed projects created using Stickles, of course! Now that Valentine's Day is over and we're in the final weeks of winter (finally!) it's time to THINK SPRING! :)

If you've come from Ashley's blog, you're in the right place. If you've just come across the hop and would like to start at the beginning, please visit All that Stickles.

For my project, I created...

Please forgive me for my somewhat simple project.  I injured my back and have been unable to complete my normal scrapping duties.  And with my limited abilities, I had no idea what I was going to do for this project.   The theme of this hop brings pictures of St. Patrick's Day for me.  And I have these miniature St. Patrick's Day ornaments that I picked up last year at Hobby Lobby.   I wanted to do something with them...just could not figure out what.  I grabbed my Stickles and started adding colors.  I enjoyed how they were turning out.

My husband has an old spit can (yes, a real one from North Carolina).  It sits it in front of our fireplace with seasonal silk flowers in it.  So that got me thinking.  What if I could hang the ornaments from the flowers?  Well, needless to say that did not work.  Then I tried hanging them from the can.  I put a small glue dot on the rim, and hung them.  Fabulous!    This little beauty is sitting in front of our Victorian fireplace right now.  ;-)

Rainbow with Xmas Red, Orange Peel, Yellow, Green, & Purple Stickles

All that Stickles Linky Party

It's time for the next linky party at All that Stickles.  This week's theme is to use Fruit Punch Stickles.

Here's my creation........

I LOVE this card.  I used an image from Bugaboo Stamps (you can find it here.)  I took a file from Scraptastical Kreations and used it to 'cut' around the Bugaboo Stamp.  Once I had it printed, I used a Versamark Marker and drew on the lines, then embossed with clear embossing powder.  I love this look when distress inks are used.

Stickles
Distress inks
Clear embossing power
Heat tool
SK file

Happy Sunday!

It's time for a card challenge at Red Carpet Studio.  This week's theme is "Where the Heart is"....create a card with a heart.

Our challenge is sponsored by
The winner of this week's challenge will receive two digital images of their choice.

Here's my card........

I love this image.  It is one of the wonderful images from Saturated Canary.   When I think of the theme "Where the Heart is," home comes to mind.  And when I think of home, my family is first on my mind.  Since my husband and I are adopting/raising three of our grandchildren, it feels like we always have a little one in diapers around.  So this image is perfect!

My heart is an etched design.  I used a heart from a Scraptastical Kreations file and 'traced' around it with a Cricut tool on Black Magic Core'dinations cardstock.

The roses are just some florals I picked up from the 'wedding' department at Joanns.  I put some distress ink on my craft sheet, spritz it with water, and let the flowers soak up the color.

Supplies:
Copics
Fluid Chalk
Stickles
Core'dinations Carstock
Cardstock - Cream
Distress Ink
Embossing folder
Flowers
Corner punch
Cricut tool

This is my first post for the wonderful and new blog, All that Stickles.

Every month we will have several sponsors and weekly linky parties.  Plus tutorials and techniques to share with you each week.

This week's theme is 'Anything Goes.'  Create any project with any color Stickles you desire.

Here's my creation........

tray inside the box

I used the print and cut feature on my Silhouette Cameo to produce the digi.   The box is a Silhouette file, so to size it, I put both files (the box and digi) on the same mat window and sized accordingly.  Once the digi was printed and cut, I colored with Copics and Stickled.  I popped it up on sqaures and put it on the box.  The paper for the box is from a Paris paper pad I bought at Hobby Lobby.  I thought it was perfert for this digi.

Supplies:
Stickles - Waterfall, Frosted Lace, and Purple
Fresh Brewed Digi
Paper stack
Copics
Ribbon
Silhouette File
Fluid chalk

Here's my take on the sketch......

When I think of Valentine's Day and love, the City of Paris comes to mind.   And I had a Tim Holtz stamp perfect for this.   I grabbed a piece of grey cardstock and stamped repeated patterns of three flourishes from an Autumn Leaves set I had, distressed it with Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick and Milled Lavendar Distress Inks a to color the paper.  Added the Eiffel Tower stamp on an SK die cut, a photo mat, some buttons, the banner with Je t'aime...and Voila... my creation!

Supplies:
SK Files - Sophisticated Scallops, Element This, Delivering Some Love
Flourish stamp - Autumn leaves
Effiel Tower Stamp - Tim Holtz
Card stock
Patterned Paper
Distress inks
Buttons
Pearls

Now, head on over to Jeannine's blog to see her awesome take on this month's challenge.

Thank you so much for hopping along with us this month and we cannot wait to see your take on the sketch!
