Red Carpet Studio

Happy Sunday!!

All that Stickles' party's theme is............

PINK!

Coincidently, Red Carpet Studio Challenge is 'Pretty in Pink"

So I combined my DT projects to fit both challenges....

I may have went a bit overboard with the pink.... tee hee hee...
But isn't it cute?

I bought the Create a Critter Cartridge for my Cricut...and when I saw the poodle, I knew I had to use her.

My granddaughter will be two in a few weeks...and I just bought her a pink shirt with a glittery poodle, saying 'Ooh La La'.

I cut the poodle out at 3 inches.  I used Fruit Punch Stickles on her fur and '2' on the balloon.  A bit of twine and.....Voila!!

Peachy Keen Stamps Sketch Challenge

Happy Tuesday!

It is finally starting to feel like Fall here in the upper Midwest.  I had to turn the heat on for the first time this year.  Bittersweet.....

While the weather is deciding on what she is going to do, I have been crafting a bit..in between homeschool lessons.

This week's Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge is a sketch....

How fun is this sketch????

Here's my take on it.......

I used PKSC-20 Stamp set for all the images and sentiment.

I stamped the images on Xpress-It cardstock, colored with my Copics, and hand cut the images.  I added Paprika Stickles to the round tags and fish on the cans.  There is also Fruit Punch Stickles on the cat's ears and nose, but you can't see that very well on this picture.  Unfortunately, the fall like weather I mentioned does not play well with my picture taking.  :-)

Furry Friends Blog Hop

Click HERE for the Red Carpet Studio Challenge

Welcome to the Furry Friends Blog Hop brought to you by the All that Stickles design team!

Cute, cuddly, soft, and sweet, having a pet is quite the treat! This month we are honoring our furry friends with a dash of Stickles!

If you have just come across the hop and are looking to start at the beginning, please visit All that Stickles. If you've come from Ashley's blog, you're in the right place.

Here's my creation......................

I started out coloring my bum off, with the intention of making a layout.  We have three cats who LOVE to lay and bother my little girl.  She is a cat magnet!

BUT I just couldn't figure out the layout or papers....so I started looking at the Sil store.  That's when I came across this file...a cat bag.  How perfect for my little girl to play with.  :-D

I used just a basic black cardstock for the base and handle. The eyes, nose, mouth, and ears were cut from Core'dinations cardstock.  I spruced up the eyes with Lime Green Stickles...the nose with Fruit Punch Stickles.   A twine bow and pearl... now how cute is she??

I'm sure my baby girl will be playing with it for hours...until she rips it.

We have blog candy for those who are a follower of All that Stickles and leave a comment on every stop of the hop! Winners will be announced Wednesday September 18th at All that Stickles.

$15 Gift Certificate

2 Itty Bitty Stamps

10 Digis of Winner's Choice
Your next stop is Myra's blog.

My creation.......................

I love, love this card.  The circles, colors fill my heart with joy.  Really!  :-)

The challenge theme is to use Numbers/Letters.  I decided to use both.  Letters in a die cut and numbers in my paper.

I used......
Paper from MME - My Favorite Things.
The Today circle and banner are cutting files from Scraptastical Kreations
I edged the pieces with fluid chalk in Chestnut Roan..accented with Liquid Pearls.

Happy Crafting!

All that Stickles Fall Linky Party

Happy Saturday!

It's a beautiful, cool fall-like day here in the Midwest.  I just finished painting our large living room (as many of you know) and it's time to spruce it up for the fall season.  I'm so excited!  :-)

We have a lovely ornate fireplace.  The woodwork is from 1891.

With my fireplace in mind, here's my creation.................

The letters are a from the Silhouette store.  I cut them using red, orange, and brown cardstock from The Paper Studio.  The pattern papers are out of a DCWV Halloween/Fall paper stack.

I accented the letters with Copper and Paprika Stickles.

After looking at my creation, I'm thinking I should have made them twice the size that they are.  Hmmmm.....a note for next season.  :-)

Peachy Keen Stamp Challenge 13-35

Happy Wednesday!

Well, school started this week and it's been crazy around Graham Manor.
I have a high schooler who is on the dance team, first year homeschooling a Kindergartener and Second Grader, and to top off the beginning of the week, I took the 3 year old for his annual physical, only to discover a pistachio up his right nostril.

With that type of week, I am finally getting to show you my Peachy Keen Challenge creation.

This week's challenge is a photo inspiration........

Here's my creation..................

I have only make one other tag in my crafty life.  :-)   I LOVE this one.

I took plain manilla tag and inked with distress inks.  Then, I took a peachy background stamp (PK-624), stamped with Versamark and embossed with a clear powder.  While the powder was still warm, I added some dry Star Dust Stickles.

I popped a few ghosts from the PK-131 stamp set.  The sentiment is from the same set, stamped in Memento Ink (Tuxedo Black).

A bit of twine and pearls.....  Fin!

Think this little cutie will be sent in a care package to my BEAUTIFUL granddaughter this Halloween.

Here's my creation....................

I created a card with my 18 year old daughter in mind.  She loves Marilyn Monroe...what young lady doesn't?  :-)

The image is from Kenny K....you can find it here.

I colored thise beauty with Copics and accented her with Star Dust Stickles.  Fitting, don't you think?

I added glossy accents to her lips.  Matted her on papers to match the bases.....
and Voila!!
