Welcome to the Think Spring Blog Hop brought to you by the All that Stickles design team!
The All that Stickles DT is happy to share with you a variety of spring-themed projects created using Stickles, of course! Now that Valentine's Day is over and we're in the final weeks of winter (finally!) it's time to THINK SPRING! :)
If you've come from Ashley's blog, you're in the right place. If you've just come across the hop and would like to start at the beginning, please visit All that Stickles.
For my project, I created...
Please forgive me for my somewhat simple project. I injured my back and have been unable to complete my normal scrapping duties. And with my limited abilities, I had no idea what I was going to do for this project. The theme of this hop brings pictures of St. Patrick's Day for me. And I have these miniature St. Patrick's Day ornaments that I picked up last year at Hobby Lobby. I wanted to do something with them...just could not figure out what. I grabbed my Stickles and started adding colors. I enjoyed how they were turning out.
My husband has an old spit can (yes, a real one from North Carolina). It sits it in front of our fireplace with seasonal silk flowers in it. So that got me thinking. What if I could hang the ornaments from the flowers? Well, needless to say that did not work. Then I tried hanging them from the can. I put a small glue dot on the rim, and hung them. Fabulous! This little beauty is sitting in front of our Victorian fireplace right now. ;-)
