3D Blog Hop and Scrapbooking Challenge

Welcome to the Cardz TV Anything Goes 2 Day Blog Hop!!!!!

You are in for a treat!  The wonderfully talented DT have some awesome creations to show you using the new Cardz TV Stamp Sets

........................................................................................................

The Scrapbooking Queen has a new challenge on the 30th of the month...which just happened to coincide with the blog hop.  The theme this month for the Scrapbooking Queen is leaves....and when I saw the new Many Thanks Cardz TV stamp set...I couldn't believe how perfect they were for both the challenge AND the blog hop!   Hooray for me!  :-D

Below is the image that the DT had to use for our challenge inspiration.........

Here's what I came up with..............

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how this turned out.

The leaves were resized using my Silhouette Cameo software, printed, then colored with Copics and fussy cut.  To give a bit of dimension in the shadow box card, I used foam tape.  I highlighted the veins of the leaves with my new Wink of Stella clear brush pen for a bit of fun.

I stamped the sentiment from the new Cardz TV Many Thanks Stamp Set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.  To bring a bit of focus to the sentiment, I added a few enamels dots.

Supplies:
Teresa Collins Enamel Dots
Twine
Copics
Wink of Stella Brush Pen
Cricut Explore
Printer

What would a blog hop without a bit of blog candy....
Mary from Cardz TV will be giving away TWO STAMP SETS to one lucky commenter (and follower) of the Cardz TV blog

Here is the line up for the hop

My Little Pony Coloring Page

Happy Sunday!!

Did you know that The Scrapbooking Queen has a DT Call going on?

The theme of the challenges will be with coloring book images.  How fun is that?

To apply to her call, the Queen has provided a sweet pony image.

To get started, I researched who this little beauty was.  She is Applejack - a blonde pony with green eyes, red apples, red hair ties, and a brown hat.

I have a 7 year old girl who LOVES My Little Pony (along with Strawberry Shortcake & Barbie), so I thought I'd stay true to Applejack's character.  You never know what she may end up on for my little girl.  :-)

I imported the image into my Silhouette software, to use with the print and cut feature.  She was cut out at.  I cut her out (approximately 3.5" x 4") of Xpress cardstock for use with my Copics.
